Campus Manager, Maintenance and Critical Response

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site MCR engineers and technicians, providing guidance on repair work and maintenance execution.
  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, PM activities, and urgent corrective tasks.
  • Act as the primary technical escalation point for site-level electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ensure all MCR tasks follow approved MOPs/SOPs/EOPs and safety practices (LOTO, PTW, RA etc.).
  • Track all breakdowns, corrective actions, and site asset performance trends.
  • Liaise with site DCO operations team to support operational readiness and infrastructure reliability.
  • Conduct on-site training, toolbox sessions, and competency checks for technicians.
  • Support spare parts checks, inventory consumption reporting, and warehouse coordination.
  • Provide incident reports, RCA inputs, and operational improvement recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ experience in mission-critical facilities; 2+ years in supervisory capacity.
  • Strong troubleshooting capability across UPS, chillers, Generators/FWU/CRAC, switchgear, CDU etc.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Understanding of data centre infrastructure and operational workflows.
  • Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
  • Willing to be on call 24 x 7.
