About the role
As a Campus Driver at WesleyLife, you will transport residents to various outings and activities, build relationships with residents and family members, assist residents in transferring in or out of the motor vehicle or bus lift, and provide professional, caring customer service.
Responsibilities
- Drive residents to various outings and activities
- Build relationships with residents and family members
- Assist residents in transferring in or out of the motor vehicle or lift on the bus
- Conduct self in a professional and caring manner and provide quality customer service
Requirements
- Complete a DOT pre‑hire health assessment, TB test, and 4‑panel drug screen as part of the pre‑hire screening process
Qualifications
- State of Iowa CNA license preferred
- Previous long‑term care (LTC) or assisted living (AL) experience preferred but not required

Starting pay rate based on years of experience
Schedule
Open shift – part‑time; hours may include late afternoon, evenings, and/or some weekends based on residents’ transportation requests.
