Campus Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD

This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
- Directing campus safety procedures, including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
- Supervising day-to-day campus functions including attendance tracking, facility coordination, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to enable seamless operational integration
- Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical liaison and Google Administrator

- Delivering classroom instruction or overseeing academic programming
- Mentoring Guides or contributing to curriculum design
- Operating within a limited, specialized administrative capacity
- Performing routine, static tasks from a fixed workspace
- Escalating issues without taking ownership or driving resolution

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
- Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Bethesda, MD; Malibu, CA; Boston, MA; Kirkland, WA — or willing to relocate
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Pay and Schedule
The compensation level for this role is $45 USD/hour, which equates to $90,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
