Campus Coordinator, Alpha - $90,000/year USD

Location Note

This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a central contact for parents, students, and staff, delivering clear, prompt, and professional correspondence
• Directing campus safety procedures, including entry protocols, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family notifications
• Supervising day-to-day campus functions including attendance tracking, facility coordination, transportation arrangements, and administrative logistics
• Facilitating onboarding and orientation for incoming staff to enable seamless operational integration
• Administering student technology and campus systems, functioning as the on-site technical liaison and Google Administrator

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
