Location

Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.

Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office are expected to work in-person 8 days per month, with flexibility to choose these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs, and individual schedules. Relocation Assistance is not provided.

Travel Expectations: 0-40%

Responsibilities

  • Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change to help clients solve complex business challenges.
  • Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.
  • Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
  • Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.
  • Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree to be completed by December 2026 or May 2027
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $68,000–72,000. Final salary placement will be based on level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography, and alignment with industry standards.
