Campus Ambassador Program Manager
About the Role
This is an opportunity to build a high-impact national program from the ground up. You'll shape the student experience, develop future sales and marketing talent, and create a scalable ambassador network that strengthens university partnerships while driving measurable business growth. The Campus Ambassador Program Manager is responsible for building, launching, and managing a national campus ambassador program that drives brand awareness, student engagement, and lead generation across colleges and universities. This individual will recruit, train, coach, and develop student ambassadors while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and University Account Managers to execute campus marketing initiatives and support customer growth. This role combines recruiting, marketing, sales enablement, event management, and analytics to create a scalable ambassador program that delivers measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage the Campus Ambassador Program
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard student ambassadors nationwide
- Develop ambassador training materials and ongoing development programs
- Coach ambassadors on sales, marketing, networking, and brand representation
- Maintain regular communication through meetings, webinars, and performance reviews
- Develop semester-based campus marketing strategies
- Execute promotional campaigns to increase student awareness and participation
- Coordinate digital, social media, and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all campuses
- Plan and coordinate: Welcome Weeks, Housing Fairs, Student Organization Events, Move-In/Move-Out Activities, Campus Promotions, Residence Hall Events
- Provide ambassadors with event toolkits and promotional materials
- Partner closely with Marketing, University Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Operations, and Customer Success to align campus initiatives with company objectives
- Track and report KPIs including: Ambassador recruitment, Campus coverage, Event participation, Student engagement, Lead generation, Customer acquisition, Social media performance, Return on marketing investment (ROI)
- Develop executive dashboards with recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred fields: Marketing, Business, Communications, Higher Education, Sales.
Experience Required: 3–5 years in program management, marketing, recruiting, or sales. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience leading teams without direct authority.
Preferred Experience: Higher education experience, Campus marketing experience, Brand ambassador program management, Event management, Sales enablement.

Pay
Estimated Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
