Campus Ambassador - Healthcare Students

About the Role

As a Clasp Campus Ambassador, you’ll represent Clasp in your student community, connect classmates with meaningful career opportunities, and help more students discover employers offering student loan repayment benefits. You’ll also join Clasp’s Student Advisory Council, giving you the opportunity to share feedback directly with our team and help shape future platform features, employer partnerships, and student programs. This is a flexible, paid leadership opportunity designed to fit around classes, labs, and clinicals while giving you hands-on experience in marketing, recruiting, networking, and startup growth.

Priority Programs

For our founding cohort, we’re especially excited to hear from students enrolled in:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) programs
• Physical Therapy (PT/DPT) programs
• Radiologic Technology / Radiography programs

Students from all healthcare programs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Share Clasp opportunities with classmates and peers
• Connect students to Clasp through your personal referral link
• Host events, presentations, or information tables throughout the semester
• Create authentic social media content
• Build relationships with student organizations and campus groups
• Participate in ambassador meetings and professional development sessions
• Serve on Clasp’s Student Advisory Council

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a healthcare-related program
• Passionate about helping fellow healthcare students
• Active on campus, social media, or in student organizations
• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Interested in leadership, healthcare innovation, marketing, or startups

You do not need a large social following to apply. We’re looking for authentic student leaders who are excited to connect with their peers and make an impact.

Schedule

Approximately 2-4 flexible hours per week, with no required office hours. The program is designed to fit around classes, labs, clinicals, and extracurriculars.
