About the Role
The Campus Admissions Director leads a team of admissions representatives to drive enrollment, student success, and service excellence. This role requires collaboration with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Education teams, along with an energetic, people-focused leadership style. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, excels at multitasking, and effectively delegates while motivating and fostering growth within the admissions department.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships by partnering with the Campus National Training Director on training for Campus Representatives, matrix leaders, and Field Sales to maintain alignment with shared goals.
- Participate in the interview and selection process for Campus Representatives.
- Lead and mentor Admissions talent by instilling a culture of high performance through training, performance management, and career-development activities to achieve business results and performance metrics.
- Prepare staff projections in the budgeting process.
- Attend meetings at both Campus and Home Office locations as necessary.
- Manage existing policies and processes consistent with company philosophy to contribute toward achieving goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- 3-5 years of sales management experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for areas of responsibility, forecast sales goals, and set performance and activity standards.
- Complex problem-solving: Identify problems, review related information, develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions.
- Management of personnel resources: Motivate, develop, and direct people while identifying the best candidates for roles.
- Communication: Effectively convey the strategic vision of UTI and the Admissions department to align and drive results.

- Pay: $105,000 - $115,000 per year.
