We are seeking a Camping Ticketing Supervisor (CTS) to oversee ticketing operations within the Campground.

About the role

The CTS will oversee ticket takers and other employees performing similar services as directed. They will provide customer service, lead and train staff, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and manage productivity and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise ticket takers and other employees performing similar services as directed.
• Provide customer services by greeting and assisting customers and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• Lead and train staff to include assisting in staffing positions to ensure all staff members are well-informed on event-specific details.
• Absorb and assist in staffing positions to ensure all staff members are well-informed on event-specific details.
• Ensure staff is receiving breaks.
• Assist management to ensure compliance with all Campground policies and procedures, including all safety regulations.
• Oversee productivity and work assignments of the ticket taker and remain in communication with Camping Management regarding any challenges and the status of all assignments prior to the conclusion of the shift.
• Assign and schedule team members to specific duties.
• Other duties as assigned by Camping Management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to be present on as needed to fulfill all job requirements, including all show days and days leading up to and post-show.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills in long-term and immediate situations.
