The Position

FanDuel is seeking a Campaign Strategy Senior Associate to join our dynamic Sportsbook marketing team. Key responsibilities include leading the execution of sport-specific marketing campaigns, supporting the development of campaign strategies, managing creative production, and driving execution to deliver high-impact assets. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across Go-To-Marketing, Product, Creative, and Marketing channel owners to ensure seamless delivery of campaign plans and optimize performance through data-driven insights.

The Game Plan

  • Support the end-to-end management of marketing creative development and campaign execution, ensuring alignment across channels and stakeholders.
  • Own seamless asset delivery by aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared timelines, priorities, and quality standards.
  • Drive timelines across multiple products, proactively planning for major tentpole moments and mitigating roadblocks before they arise.
  • Assess the efficacy of key campaigns with Go-To-Marketing, Insights, and Analytics teams, adapting future campaigns based on learnings.
  • Auxiliary in deck building and storytelling, maintaining an archive of past campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to establish a cohesive communications strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Develop strategies that inform the creation of high-impact creative briefs, ensuring exceptional execution.
  • Act as a key marketing liaison for product integrations across multiple teams, working hand-in-hand with Commercial, Product, and Creative Ops to deliver the best customer experience.
