About the role

The Campaign & Planned Giving Coordinator is responsible for managing fundraising initiatives and donor relations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to support the organization’s goals.
  • Manage donor relationships, including regular communication and stewardship activities.
  • Research and identify potential donors and planned giving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals and reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., nonprofit management, communications).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with donor management systems.
  • Knowledge of planned giving strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors and staff.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
