The Campaign Operations Specialist operates within the intersection of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. This role focuses on campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand, marketing, creative, client, and business-support delivery. Decisions must reflect the operating environment, maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in campaign operations.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile campaign operations with marketing analytics, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Coordinate branding documentation with status tracking, maintaining a campaign-focused, operations-focused, and specialized-execution work profile.
- Review digital marketing initiatives with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Document campaign processes and reporting, leaving clear records of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring campaign execution remains usable and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

- Use Elevare Branding Workflow Context and Campaign Management tools confidently to support campaign operations.
- Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and deadlines in a campaign-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear within the operating context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when campaign operations depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Combine campaign management, process compliance, and workflow management to ensure secure, traceable, and handoff-ready work.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
