Campaign Operations Manager - Temporary with Potential for Full-Time
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map sections accordingly.
We have content: About Plum (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Plum" is about company, not role. But we can still use heading "About the role"? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate. We have sections: About Plum (company overview) maybe treat as "About the role"? Not exactly. Could use "About the role" heading and put company description there? Might be okay. But better to follow content: we have "About Plum" as intro. Could use heading "About the role" and include that description. Or we could not include a heading if not matching? The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content for: About Plum (company), The Opportunity (role description), What You'll Own (responsibilities), Requirements, Benefits, Temporary-to-Full-Time Opportunity (maybe part of About the role). Also Pay is mentioned: "Hourly rate is $40 - $48." So we need a Pay section. Schedule not mentioned, so omit.
Thus sections: About the role (company overview + opportunity?), Responsibilities (What You'll Own), Requirements, Benefits, Pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn bullet points into lists.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting didn't have those.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content.
About Plum paragraph: "Plum AI is an AI-powered technology company helping lenders identify opportunities, re-engage relationships, and create new pipeline through highly personalized outreach. Built by lenders for lenders, Plum combines AI, data, automation, and managed campaign execution to help financial institutions turn their existing data and new market opportunities into meaningful conversations. Our campaigns are not traditional mass email marketing. Plum uses AI and prospect-level data to create personalized, one-to-one outreach while leveraging specialized sending infrastructure and campaign technology to protect customer domains and maximize deliverability."
The Opportunity paragraph: "Plum is seeking an experienced Campaign Operations Manager to join our team in a temporary role with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We need someone who can step in quickly and take hands-on ownership of campaign execution. This is not primarily a strategy or content-marketing position. You will be actively working inside Instantly and SmartReach, setting up campaigns, managing sending accounts, loading and validating contact data, monitoring deliverability, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring campaigns launch and run successfully. Because this role is designed to provide immediate operational support, prior hands-on experience with both Instantly and SmartReach is required. We are looking for someone who understands outbound campaign operations and can become productive quickly with minimal platform training. For the right person, this temporary assignment has the potential to develop into a permanent role as Plum continues to scale its campaign operations."
We could combine About Plum and The Opportunity under "About the role". Or separate: maybe "About the role" includes company description and opportunity. That's fine.
What You'll Own: list of responsibilities broken into categories: Campaign Setup & Execution, Email Infrastructure & Deliverability, Contact & Data Management, Personalization & Messaging QA, Campaign Monitoring & Optimization, Reporting & Customer Success Support. Each category has bullet points.
We need to output
