Campaign Manager
Job Overview
We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Campaign Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns for Penguin Solutions' Integrated Memory portfolio. In this role, you'll create awareness, engagement, and pipeline across priority segments and buyer personas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth for our Integrated Memory portfolio.
- Lead integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting OEMs and enterprise customers across key segments and organizations running in-memory database environments.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle—from campaign planning, campaign messaging, execution, reporting, and optimization—to maximize engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Develop compelling campaign messaging and call to actions that clearly articulate the value of the Integrated Memory portfolio and drive engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Sales and other key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities, product roadmaps, and go-to-market objectives.
- Work with select strategic partners to co-develop and execute joint marketing campaigns.
- Apply a test-and-learn approach through experimentation and A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends related to CXL adoption, memory technologies, Flash storage, AI infrastructure, HPC, embedded systems, OEM technology adoption, etc. to inform campaign strategy and messaging.
- Achieve campaign KPIs including engagement, MQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline, revenue contribution, and manage campaign budget to net highest possible ROI; leverage performance insights to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth and business impact.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, paid media, content marketing, webinars, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize programs based on results.
- Proven experience marketing enterprise technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing semiconductor, memory, storage, embedded systems, AI infrastructure, HPC, or related technology solutions.
- Understanding of technology buying cycles and experience marketing to technical and executive-level audiences within OEM, enterprise, hyperscale, or channel-driven environments.
- Experience developing messaging and content that translates complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
- Experience working with technology partners, channel partners, or co-marketing programs.
- Experience supporting global or regional marketing initiatives across multiple geographies.
Location
This is a remote role in the United States. Travel Occasional travel as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in the United States is $92,000 – $116,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
