About the role
This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role for someone who is AI-native to the core and obsessed with outcomes. You'll become the regional expert responsible for designing integrated campaigns that bring together Product Marketing, Content, Digital Channels, Events, Partnerships and Sales into one coordinated buying experience.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and localise integrated demand generation campaigns for AMER & EMEA that align Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, Events, Partnerships, Lifecycle and Sales into coordinated buying experiences.
- Lead regional campaign planning from concept through launch, defining campaign strategy, target audiences, messaging direction, key campaign assets, regional adaptations and success measures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regional campaigns are launched effectively across digital, content, events, partner, and sales touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, scalability and commercial impact.
- Develop deep expertise in the accounting, tax and professional services industries across AMER & EMEA, ensuring campaigns reflect regional customer needs, buying behaviours, industry trends and market opportunities.
- Leverage these insights to regionalise global campaigns while maintaining consistency with Ignition's global go-to-market strategy.
- Partner closely with Sales to continuously refine campaign priorities based on customer and market feedback.
- Define the strategy and direction for campaign assets that support integrated marketing programmes, including educational content, webinars, research, customer stories, events and partner initiatives.
- Ensure every campaign asset contributes to a consistent buying experience and commercial objective.
- Lead regional campaign planning across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content, Design, Events & Partnerships, Sales and Customer Success.
- Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment on campaign priorities, timelines and business outcomes.
- Coordinate stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and maximise campaign impact.
- Partner with RevOps and GTM Engineering to develop AI-enabled marketing workflows, campaign intelligence and automation that improve marketing effectiveness, increase learning velocity and help scale demand generation globally.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve campaign planning, execution, measurement and customer engagement.
- Contribute campaign learnings and regional insights that strengthen Ignition's evolving marketing intelligence capabilities.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify market opportunities, validate campaign concepts and continuously optimise campaign performance.
- Ensure campaign messaging, assets and plays align with regional sales priorities and customer needs.
- Gather feedback from Sales to improve future campaigns and strengthen alignment across the funnel.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using commercial outcomes including pipeline contribution, qualified opportunities, revenue contribution, campaign performance trends and campaign learnings.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation across campaigns, audiences and regions.
- Lead campaign retrospectives and contribute insights that improve future campaign planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing or Field Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness.

Pay
The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on state/location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate. This role has a minimum annual base of USD $140,000 and maximum annual salary of USD $165,000 (plus annual bonus, equity, health insurance & other wellness perks).
