Who Should Apply

• Experience as a Campaign Manager on electoral campaigns
• Served in a senior leadership role (e.g., Field Director, Finance Director, Communications Director)
• Worked in progressive politics, including nonprofits, advocacy organizations, or labor unions
• Managed complex projects, teams, or volunteer-driven efforts
• A demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong organizational skills and a self-starting mindset

Campaigns Are Looking For

• Build and execute campaign plans from launch through Election Day
• Manage staff, consultants, and volunteers effectively
• Oversee field, fundraising, communications, and compliance operations
• Adapt quickly and solve problems under tight timelines
• Align campaign strategy with progressive values and community priorities
