Campaign Business Analyst, Insights & Performance
What You’ll Do
- Analyze campaign and program performance across channels, regions, audience segments, and products.
- Build recurring and ad hoc reporting that surfaces performance trends, conversion patterns, engagement quality, and pipeline influence.
- Develop dashboards and reporting views in tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and connected data environments.
- Partner with campaign operations and marketing stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria before launch.
- Translate complex data into concise, decision-ready recommendations for marketers and leadership.
- Monitor campaign health and flag gaps in targeting, execution, follow-up, attribution, or data quality.
- Support post-campaign readouts, quarterly business reviews, and planning cycles with performance insight and recommendations.
- Work with GTM engineering and operations partners to improve tracking fidelity, taxonomy, and data model reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in how Marketing Ops measures effectiveness and communicates value to the business.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance analysis, business analysis, or Marketing Ops reporting.
- Strong experience with BI and reporting tools, especially Power BI and Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Demandbase, and related campaign data sources.
- Ability to analyze funnel performance, attribution trends, and campaign outcomes in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both operators and leadership.
- Detail orientation, curiosity, and a disciplined approach to data quality and interpretation.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred.
