Campaign Administrator II

About the Role

The Campaign Administrator partners with unit leadership to develop and operationalize campaign strategies. You will assist in providing training support to team members and call center employees and serve as a point of escalation to resolve more complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Determine anticipated call volume and staff vacancy impact to current day call strategy
• Execute scheduled campaigns in adherence with established policies for regulatory and/or investor compliance
• Provide guidance and day-to-day support to lines of business, including troubleshooting campaign-related issues and escalations
• Assist Queue and Workforce Management teams as needed
• Recommend changes for dialer system settings to improve call efficiency
• Communicate outline of daily campaign strategy to supported lines of business
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Highly proficient in Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Pay

Salary range: $55,000 – $85,000. Individual salary may vary based on role, geographic location, market data, skills, and experience. Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives.
