Responsibilities

• Manage daily camper check-in and dismissal procedures
• Supervise and hold staff accountable
• Pace and execute the camp curriculum
• Create a fun, positive, and structured camp environment
• Highlight teachable life-skill moments for campers

Requirements

• Preferred prior camp or athletic program leadership
• Baseball/softball playing or coaching background
• Strong communication skills
