Camp Counselor

About the role

Arcis Golf is seeking a Summer Camp Counselor to join our team at Onion Creek Club in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute fun, educational, and engaging activities for campers
• Ensure safety and supervision of campers during all activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
• Adapt to the changing needs of campers and provide individualized attention when needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred but not required
• Ability to swim and CPR certification preferred
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends and evenings
