Camp Bow Wow - Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendant (Part-Time)

Camp Bow Wow West Seneca is a locally owned, family-operated franchise dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and structured environment for dogs. Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively monitor up to 25 dogs in group play (indoor & outdoor yards)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and controlled environment at all times
• Recognize and respond to dog behavior, including preventing and intervening in conflicts
• Clean and sanitize play areas, cabins, lobby, and common spaces
• Accurately document and communicate any behavioral or health concerns
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to pet parents

Requirements

• Are reliable, consistent, and looking for long-term employment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Comfortable handling up to 25 large, high-energy dogs (up to 100 lbs or more)
• Can confidently enforce rules, manage behaviors, and maintain control in group settings
• Enjoy interacting with both dogs and their owners

Qualifications

• 18+ preferred (due to physical and safety demands)
• Previous experience with dogs (daycare, kennel, vet, grooming, or personal handling) strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with multiple dogs at once in group settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable with consistent attendance (especially weekends & holidays)
• Authorized to work in the United States
