What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Optics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in optical design, lens characterization, and system integration
• Proficiency with optical design tools such as ZEMAX, CODE V, or equivalent software
• Deep understanding of CCD and CMOS sensor architectures and performance characteristics
• Strong knowledge of image quality metrics, optical materials, and manufacturing processes
• Expertise in lens design, including tolerance analysis and stray light mitigation
• Familiarity with optical test equipment and methodologies
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++

• Proven ability to analyze and improve ISP architecture and performance metrics
