Call Summary Editor

About the role

The Call Summary Editor plays a key role in the delivery of IANS' call summary product, in which we record conversations between IANS cybersecurity experts and clients and have AI produce an actionable written summary for the client and our online platform. This role is charged with editing each AI summary to ensure it is clear, correct and completely anonymized - and delivered to the client within our 48-hour SLA.

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated call summaries for clarity, correctness, and complete anonymization.
• Ensure summaries are delivered to clients within the 48‑hour SLA.
• Research technologies and vendor names to ensure accurate presentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity.

Skills

• Interest in the cybersecurity industry.
• Ability to research technologies and vendor names.
• Ability to edit summaries for clarity and readability.

Pay

$25 per hour.

Schedule

5‑20 hours per week, remote contract (4 months).
