Key Responsibilities

• Implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
• Hands-on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and postproduction stabilization.
• Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics
• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

Schedule

Role requires 60% onsite client work in Pennington NJ; Charlotte NC; or Addison, TX and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter.
