Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or equivalent)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be physically capable of walking, lying down on uneven surfaces, and being moved / carried by exercise participants
- You will be asked about any physical limitations during intake
- Must be willing to wear moulage (simulated injury makeup) that may include simulated wounds, bruising, burns, or chemical contamination markings
- Must be able to follow simple acting instructions and maintain your assigned injury scenario throughout the exercise sequence
- Must sign a Release of Liability prior to exercise participation
- No prior acting experience, military experience, or medical knowledge is required

Benefits
McColm offers competitive day-rate compensation for role player participation. Compensation will be confirmed upon contract award and communicated to selected candidates prior to the exercise.
