Job Description
Atender llamadas y consultas de clientes de manera profesional.
Brindar información precisa y resolver inquietudes.
Mantener la confidencialidad de la información y cumplir con las políticas de la empresa.
Ofrecer un servicio de excelencia y cumplir con los estándares de calidad.
- Diploma de Escuela Superior (High School) y un mínimo de tres (3) años de experiencia en servicio al cliente dentro de la industria de la salud;
- Grado Asociado o superior.
Requirements
- Conocimientos básicos de computadoras.
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y servicio al cliente.
- El dominio del idioma inglés es un valor añadido y puede cualificar al candidato(a) para una compensación salarial mayor.

Qualifications
