Call Center Representative

About the role

This position is responsible for handling incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls in a timely and efficient manner, while simultaneously responding to all hospital emergency codes. Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately by utilizing customer service skills to optimize the opportunity of each customer contact. Use technology tools as directed and within established guidelines. Maintain confidentiality of Swedish Medical Center's customers and data.

Requirements

• Recent clerical or customer service experience
• Prior Call Center experience and experience on automated telephone systems
• Experience in a customer contact or relevant service industry

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
