Call Center Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers, tenants, and garage staff in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding parking rates, locations, policies, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain call quality standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as access problems, lost tickets, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and de-escalate complaints when necessary.
  • Aid customers with billing questions, payment processing, permits, validations, and account inquiries.
  • Update and maintain customer accounts accurately in company systems.
  • Process payments and document all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure proper data entry and record-keeping for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Communicate with field and on-site staff to report issues and coordinate assistance.
  • Dispatch service calls for maintenance, enforcement, or operational support as needed.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between customers, field staff, and management.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and call center protocols.
  • Monitor and respond to emails or other communication channels as assigned.
  • Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient with computers and basic software systems
  • Dependable and punctual with strong attendance record

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
  • 4pm-12am
  • Thursday-Monday
  • 2nd shift
  • Tuesday and Wednesday OFF
  • .50 cents shift differential
  • Holidays
  • Weekends
