Responsibilities

• Follow up on distributed leads and generate store traffic to support market success.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and text, providing product and service information.
• Support the sales force by generating sales leads and following communication scripts for various topics.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Apply feedback and criticism to improve productivity and personal growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Minimum two years of related work experience.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Interest and understanding of technology products and services.
• Business ownership mentality and a positive attitude.
• Ability to sit for long periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., filing, lifting files, accessing filing cabinets).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong data entry and typing skills (including 10-key).
