Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to Verizon Sales Consultants
• Create and improve procedures and methods already in place
• Generate store traffic and contribute to the California market's success
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and text
• Support the sales force by generating sales leads
• Research required information using available resources
• Provide customers with product and service information

Qualifications

• Data entry and typing skills (including 10 key)
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
