Call Center Representative

About the role

This isn't your typical call center job. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and a supportive team environment where you can develop valuable skills and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through outbound calls
• Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
• Create rapport and create positive customer experiences
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
• Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
• Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• High School Diploma or GED required
• CRM Experience Is a Plus, But Not Required
• No Experience? No Problem! We are willing to train the right person.

Pay

$18–$20 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Tuesday – Thursday:9AM-6 PM
Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: OFF
