Call Center Representative $19/HR - IMMEDIATE HIRE
About the role
Immediate opening for a Banking Call Center Representative. Full-time, contract-to-hire position based on-site in Buffalo, NY. Candidates must be flexible to be assigned a shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience or banking experience; call center experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customer problems in an efficient manner
- Gather and analyze information skillfully and develop alternative solutions
- Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Respond promptly to customer needs
- Respond to requests and meet commitments
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
- Educate clients on the benefits of Northwest products/services
- Approach others in a tactful manner and react well under pressure
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
- Look for ways to improve and promote quality
- Demonstrate excellent listening and interpretative skills
- Demonstrate the ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Aim to resolve customer inquiries utilizing a First Call Resolution approach
- Appropriate use of established call policies, procedures, and scripts
Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.50 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
