Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls and determine the products, services or resources that the caller requires.
- Connect callers with appropriate departments to address their specific assistance needs.
- Perform teller functions such as transferring funds, stopping payments, closing and reordering debit cards, providing account balances and transaction history, resetting PIN numbers, processing loan or credit card payments, and assisting with Virtual Branch and bill pay services.
- Cross-sell Virtual Branch and bill pay services to customers and assist them in setting up these services.
- Monitor and process loan payoff information and communicate this to dealerships and insurance companies in a timely manner.
- Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed and support the collections department and branch managers in fulfilling customer requests and merchant verifications.
Requirements
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control Requirements.
Qualifications
