What You'll Do:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential mortgage loan customers
• Understand customer needs and connect them with loan originators
• Use tools, scripts, and systems to guide the customer journey
• Document calls accurately for reporting
• Maintain performance metrics in a supportive team setting
• Stay compliant with TCPA and DNC regulations
• Occasionally assist with inbound customer service

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly, confident phone presence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Able to work independently and on a team
• Detail-oriented with solid time management
• Computer literate and comfortable using call center tools
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Call Centers preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent required
• Mortgage knowledge is a plus
