About the role
The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers.
- Enters new patients into the electronic medical record (EMR) completely and accurately.
- Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately.
- Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.
- Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.
- Troubles shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferred.
- Some customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Skills
- Ability to work and function independently and within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgrounds.
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Software.
- Proficient in performing on current practice management system and/or electronic medical records.

Pay
Hourly, full-time, in-person, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Schedule
Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
