Call Center Operator - Health Information Management

About the role

The call center operator must be familiar with the standards of procedure in general facility information, appointment times, and length of appointments for numerous types of appointments available.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear communication with patients, clinical and medical staff, tribal programs and their representatives, and other callers as applicable
• Verify the patient(s) name(s) utilizing two patient identifiers before entering appointments in the provider schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain and enhance the operation of the program
