About the role
Focal Point Remodeling is looking for an energetic and motivated Call Center Lead to join our growing team in Harrisburg, PA. This in-office position offers a supportive team environment where you can help homeowners improve their homes with high-quality remodeling solutions.
Pay
$600–$1,000 per week, plus performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations
- Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns
- Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers
- Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
- Enter and update customer information in our CRM
- Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
