Pay

Earn $600–$1,000 per week, plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations
• Answer inbound calls generated through our marketing campaigns
• Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers
• Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners
• Schedule appointments for our sales representatives
• Enter and update customer information in our CRM
• Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• Previous call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
