Call Center Lead

About the Role

Focal Point Remodeling is seeking an energetic and motivated Call Center Lead to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. This in-office position offers a weekly pay range of $600–$1,000, plus performance bonuses. As a key member of our team, you'll help homeowners improve their homes with high-quality remodeling solutions while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners to schedule free in-home consultations.
• Answer inbound calls generated through marketing campaigns.
• Follow a proven script while building rapport with customers.
• Overcome objections and qualify prospective homeowners.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM.
• Confirm appointments and complete follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
