Call Center-Dietitian Assistant

About the role
The Dietitian Assistant supports the Food and Nutrition Services Department by assisting patients with meal ordering and providing administrative support in a fast-paced call center environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring patient satisfaction and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
- Answer calls and assist patients with meal selection and ordering
- Accurately enter and update menu information
- Print and distribute patient meal tickets
- Generate production sheets and tube feeding reports
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff
- Support daily food service operations and ensure accurate dietary information is communicated
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high degree of concentration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and hospital employees
Schedule
Rotating schedule, 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available.
Pay
$20.40 per hour
