Responsibilities
- Answer calls on a multi-line system
- Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
- Data entry
- Processing driver paperwork
- Aiding dispatchers
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
- Dependable and well organized
- Must be computer literate
- Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Starting at $18.00/hr
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

About the Role
R+L Carriers has immediate openings for Call Center Clerks in our Wilmington, OH Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.
