Call Center Consultant I

About the role

We are a collaborative team at Oregon State Credit Union, focusing on service instead of statistics. This is a team of less than 25, working regular business hours M-F.

Responsibilities

• Answer member inquiries on credit union eligibility, credit cards, policies, and loan application information.
• Assist in-coming callers with various aspects of our services.
• Identify the caller's true needs and provide solutions that work best for them.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience and exceptional phone skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot and research anomalies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience working with computers.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, tact, and ability to make sound decisions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• 1-2 years of financial industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

Must be available between the hours of 8 am and 5:45 pm, M-F.

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).

Pay

$21.41/hr + bonus and incentives.
