Call Center & Box Office Attendant - Comedy Barn

About the role

Join our team at Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud, the Titanic, and The Comedy Barn—family-friendly attractions in Pigeon Forge, TN. As a guest service agent, you’ll be the face of our attractions, helping us "Greatly Exceed Expectations" with outstanding customer service. This is an on-site position with a focus on night and/or weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a greeter and initial contact for guests, assisting with admissions, reservations, ticket changes, and other attendance-related needs.
• Maintain a courteous, upbeat, and positive attitude to foster outstanding customer engagement and service.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of our theaters and attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Resolve booking errors, reservation issues, and other guest concerns.
• Distribute tickets to guests upon arrival for shows.
• Accurately enter data into the ticketing system and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Cross-train to handle a variety of duties, including ticket booth operations, greeting guests, and managing phone reservations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Continuous and occasional standing and walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
• Continuous hearing and oral communication at conversational and high-acuity levels.
• Continuous work with computers and ticketing systems.
• Frequent exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.
