Role Description
The Help Desk Analyst is responsible for:
- Taking calls and assisting users with logins, resets, and application assistance.
- Escalating issues to tier two when necessary.
- Using technical databases and researching problems.
- Coordinating changes, upgrades, and new products to ensure system compatibility.
- Providing accurate and timely answers to general and administrative environment questions.
- Reporting time spent on all work activities.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Working in a team environment.
- Completing assigned tasks.
- Holding strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a help desk or call center environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills

Pay and Schedule
Pay rate: $16/hr.
Work schedule: 5 days in the office and 5 days telework, with options for shift preferences (8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM).
