Compensation

• AM Shift: Starting at $20.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus
• PM Shift: Starting at $21.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus

What You'll Do

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers
• Connect with homeowners and create interest in our products and services
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
• Accurately update customer information and call records
• Maintain high performance goals and production metrics
• Build rapport, create urgency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain in a seated position for multiple hours at a time
• Entering text or data into a computer utilizing a traditional keyboard
• Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech – in person/telephone
