About the Role
We are searching for a full-time Call Center Agent to help our HVAC and plumbing repair customers book their service appointments. This customer service role works Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with an hour of lunch. Overtime is offered during peak season.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and convert them into booked service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence, ensuring clarity, compelling communication, and a personable approach.
- Connect with customers naturally, respond to their requests, and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Represent the brand positively in every interaction, leaving customers with a favorable impression.
