Call Center Agent - Logan, UT (Day)

Job Summary

We are seeking talented call center survey agents to perform outbound surveys on site from our office at 80 West Golf Course Rd, Suite B, Logan, UT 84321.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record respondents' opinions on various topics for our clients.
• Work flexible schedules within company operating hours.
• Train the right candidate if needed.
• Work in our office at 640 S. 80 E Riverwood Pkwy, Suite 120 Logan, UT 84321.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work on site.
• Must be able to read and speak clearly.
• Must be able to handle difficult calls in a professional manner.
• Must be able to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately type them into the Company’s survey software platform.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm while maintaining accuracy is preferred.
• Must be able to sit and type for majority of shift.

Shift Details

• Shift times may vary between the hours of 7 am to 3 pm MST.
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Base wage of $14/hr.
