About the Opportunity

The Call Center Agent – Customer Service is responsible for handling inbound customer interactions for major brands. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account needs, and product support using guided systems and resources. This position contributes to delivering high-quality customer care while maintaining professionalism and brand alignment. It offers schedule flexibility once certified and suits individuals seeking a stable support role with growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer interactions related to service questions and support
  • Aid customers with account needs and product inquiries
  • Utilize guided systems and resources to deliver accurate information

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to navigate computer applications and web-based tools
  • Ability to work independently and maintain schedule accountability
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
  • Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments preferred

Pay Range and Compensation Package

USD 11 - USD 13 hourly
