As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, large call volume environment, responding to caller inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Inbound only calls.
  • Meet call handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment.
  • Use multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking is required.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gather information, research/resolve inquiries and log all inbound calls.
  • Communicate appropriate options for resolution promptly.
  • Inform callers about services available and assesses caller’s needs.
  • Deescalate occasional irate callers.
  • Provide peer-to-peer training for incoming training classes that transition to the call center floor.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Successfully pass a background check and a drug screen.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a call center environment.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
  • The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to be detail oriented.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to be well organized.
