Call Center Agent
About the role
As a Call Center Agent at Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC), you’ll connect with customers over the phone to promote top-tier home improvement products and services. Using a structured script, you’ll engage customers, build rapport, and schedule free in-home estimates for remodeling projects at times convenient for them.
YHIC is a full-service home improvement company based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, specializing in windows and bathrooms. We are A+ accredited with the BBB, have over 50 years of combined experience in the remodeling industry, and are the largest full-service remodeler in the Northern USA. We prioritize “Total Customer Satisfaction” with high-quality products, warranties, and service.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using a provided script to promote home improvement services.
- Engage customers, build rapport, and schedule free in-home estimate appointments.
- Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (data entry, navigation, etc.).
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- An outgoing, positive personality with a professional and dependable attitude.
